Fullbay welcomes WrenchWay president to latest shop owner roundtable, June 25

Discussion will focus on ways shop owners can optimize their hiring pipeline to attract and keep technician talent

Phoenix—Fullbay, a turn-key platform that improves the operational efficiency of heavy-duty repair shops, will host its next shop owner roundtable on Tuesday, June 25, at 2 p.m. ET.

The upcoming roundtable will focus on ways that shop owners can optimize their hiring pipeline to attract and keep technician talent.

In the third episode of this season’s roundtable series, CEO Patrick McKittrick and COO Chris O’Brien will be joined by Jay Goninen, hiring technician expert and co-founder and president of WrenchWay, an organization focused on promoting and improving technician careers in the automotive, diesel, and collision industries.

Together, they’ll discuss the struggles related to hiring technicians in today’s economy and talk about the tips and tricks to target and engage the tech-savvy Gen Z workforce.

“The team is extremely excited to bring Jay onto the webinar this month and discuss a major issue in our industry—attracting, hiring and keeping talent in your shops,” said McKittrick. “On top of examining better ways to target the Tool Box Generation, Jay will share his experience building relationships with schools and creating a constant, steady stream of technicians to join your team at your shop.”

Registered attendees will be able to submit questions to be answered live during the event. To register or to submit a question for the webinar, click here. To watch previous roundtable webinar episodes, click here. For more information on Fullbay, visit its website
